Mô Tả Công Việc:

* Identify, research, evaluate, pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization's short and long term biz goals:

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage business opportunities, for example sales, projecs, consulting engagements, partnerships, that will contribute to the organiation.
- Manage the difficult market research or anlysis projects. Evaluate findings, prepare reports, advise senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, partners to promote organization's products & services.
- Lead meetings and negotations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect business interests.
* Reporting line:
- For Vietnam market -> person reports to Vietnam Country Manager (Dr. Su)
- For Cambodia market -> person reports to Regional General Manager, who bases in Singapore
* Travelling time
- Vietnam: 80%, Cambodia: 20%
- Spend ~ 3 days / month in Cambodia.
- Market : VN & Cambodia
- Location of work : Vietnam

Kỹ Năng:

- Medical/ pharmacist background.
- Solid understanding of pharma market.
- Sensitive and sharp to market change.
- Have knowledge on product registration and how to bring new product into market
- Able to set long term strategy and manage its excution.
- Male candidate is preferred.
- Candidate with 60% sales, 40% marketing experience.
