Our client is the world's leading premium drinks business with an outstanding collection of beverage - 100 % foreign company. We're looking for potential candidate for "Accounting Manager " position in Vietnam.
Location : HCM
Report to : Finance Controller .
- Direct and monitor a variety of accounting activities/resources to ensure that the organisation's financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles, group reporting requirements and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Review all financial reports and accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately prepared.
- Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
- Supervise the preparation of Financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flows) for the following entities:
- Offshore accounts for international brands
- Ensure compliance to government regulatory requirements (taxes, permits and licenses)
- Review, enhance and implement controls around the processing of transactions especially around the following key areas:
+ assets (inventory, fixed assets)
+ advertising & promotions
+ overhead
+ purchase to pay
- Analyses / ad hoc reports as required (OH analysis and various accounts analysis)
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time
- Successfully implement and on-going monitor the performance of new accounting system that meet reporting requirements and compliance requirements
Kỹ Năng:
- Strong understanding of local GAAP, IFRSs and tax principles and his/her role in optimizing performance and controlling risk
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proactively identifies and provides management information requirements / key business performance messages
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance
- Maximises use of available technology and tools
- Able to manage resource effectively
- Accounting graduate with good scholastic records
- ACCA, CPA, MBA is an advantage
- 2-3 years in similar position at an FMCG company
