Mô Tả Công Việc:
Newly-established in Supply Chain function, the Customer Service Department plays critical role to create business value through delivering excellent customer services to our customers/distributors and increase customer satisfaction. A vacancy, Customer Service KPI Analyst, has been opened for interested person to join the Team contributing to deliver the target.
We are inviting applicants who are interested in this field and eager to learn and growth in Supply Chain function.
*** Work Location: Head Office (156 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu, District 7)
*** Type of contract: 6 - 7 month contract
*** Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Analyst, you are expected to provide reports and analysis regarding to CCFOT (Customer Case Fill on Time) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis - daily/weekly/monthly reports), details as below:
- Manage CCFOT system/process as key contact person
- Deal with related functions to find out root causes of CCFOT losses as well as to get acknowledge of loss impacts/actions
- Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly CCFOT analysis report to whole company
- Prepare a set of required reports related to CCFOT/RCA to specific functions

*** Skills and Experience Required
- University graduated
- At least 1 years of experience in handling key accounts or in Supply Chain field in FMCG company
- High Professional in Excel Skill (strong requirement)
- Strong analysis skill, English skill
- Hard working, high responsibility, strong support
